Tier goes as follows.

1-500 credits = 1 dongle
501-1000 gets you 2
1001-1500- gets you 3.

and so on, no cap;

it enables you to control whichever device you have this plugged into with bluetooth; I use my cellphone for example to control the media player on my laptop and play music.
