What are the tiers? Is there a chance to get all the beads, or is it just a choice of 1-2 to whichever winner, and the more bids the bigger the bead can be?

i was trying to come up with a tier level. but if it is under 50, it will be two smaller beads. if it is over 100, it will be one large bead and 1 small bead. does that sound fair?
