Dude, I’ve been selling on Listia for 8 years. I have proof they came from a brand new iPhone XS I have my receipts. Just because you are new doesn’t mean people are trying to rip others off! If you look at my feedback I have excellent feedback from selling everything from electronics, to pet stuff, to gift cards! Don’t try to tarnish my reputation!

I tried outbidding them but I'm pretty sure they bid 100000, I saw an auction where a new seller commented they bid that much and I'm pretty sure that's what a lot of new people are doing

Yay! Listia is really messing this place up! This takes all the fun of it. I enjoy playing on the stadium it’s just hard to deal with when people are new and outrageously bid there should be a blocked thing where they can’t bid higher then what they have! There’s no good reason why Listia can’t do that! But if it doesn’t sell and I choose to then do get it now only Listia gets more ink by doing it that way

I was forced to use gin only to protect myself and it’s my understanding that you have to have the xnk todo so bc you pay immediately w gin ,I’ve never had one newbie problem yet so it seems like gin protects you from that and you know I give 10% to listia on all auctions and trust me over the years I can’t even imagine what that number is but I also 99% only deal w trading cards so for me it’s just looking at comps of cards then I look at xnk value for that day and try n list under comp give out bonuses and make everyone including the site get a fair share but since 2014 I had to use first class tracking and now it’s basically around 2500-3000 xnk to just cover shipping alone ,tough to have fun when it’s kinda became you end up loosing on product then gotta cover the shipping too ...only site I’m apart of were free shipping is mandatory pretty much but yeah I’ve seen most of my friends move on since crypto took over ..I don’t cash out I just list and put my winnings back into the site and dunno so much big business here now and I don’t mind shop n droppers ,All choices but w the ability to just buy w debit /credit card I don’t think many realize you can just buy stuff at xnk rate so 10,000 xnk is $14-$16 last few months ...honestly this site has the best deals ever just not as many as the past ...kinda built on trading at first personally I thought when sellers were allowed to sell credits back to the site or auction them and gift card thing -it changed a lot -years ago I Rem first time a friend was getting W2 ..like really your cashing out that much in credits -insane amount ,kinda felt that was start of something new it felt like small guy being pushed out by big corporate guy ,dunno again we got choices and I can’t complain I’ve helped a lot and been helped out a lot so that’s all I wanted was some cool trading now it’s more turning xnk into cash

I’ve seen you around also. I truly appreciate the feedback. It’s definitely a challenge these days. I enjoy listing items and Conversations on an auction, with all the bidding. But I may have to start putting a GIN only on my electronic auctions. A lot have quit using listia because of the way bidding has become. I enjoy selling and buying to much to quit. You can still bid safely, it’s not gonna hurt you to bid. I do realize everyone who has bid are NEWBIES! Nothing I can do about it but block them once they bid. You can still bid it won’t cause anything bad for you.
