This is a really nice full-color pilates directory book - hardcover binder style. There are 208 pages and it is a small enough book to fit in with DVDs.

I try to describe an item as accurately as possible. I do not omit information on purpose but may miss something. If you have questions, feel free to email. Please give me at least 24 hours to respond.
