I mail thru USPS regular mail, NP tracking on it unless YOU pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. If you are not going to allow a couple of weeks from mailing DO NOT BID. If you file a dispute in less than 21 days, I will consider it buyers remorse and per listia rules, only the lister can agree to refund the credits for buyers remorse.
