-The cheapest shipping fee from my area to your would be ($14.35) medium flat rate box.

-The "Buyer Beware" is referring to the fact that the article of clothing does not have a size tag on it, so there is no way to tell the official size, there is no tag on collar nor on the side of the piece. Unfortunately there is nothing to distinguish the size, that is left on the coat. For this reason I can only provide the measurements and my best guess, probably 1xl-2xl range. Buyer beware limited information, only measurements available. Nothing more.
