Signature is Robyn, and the info on back says "Pins by Robyn". Local Pennsylvania artist!

Approximately 2-1/4" wide. Safety clasp (sorry my photos of the back did not come out). Purchased at a charity sale. Never worn. Excellent condition! Smoke-free home.
