These are only the 2nd time I found any. They say to look along the edge of the fields right after the farmers plow. I look every year n have only found 1, one other time. So I was really excited about these 2. :-)

I don't know the material. I am just starting to learn to recognize what rock is what. But my 1st one was more of a dull grey & blue-ish? I wish I could post a pic of it. The tip was broken but it was still really nice after I cleaned it up. What would be grey & blue-ish?

I ordered a book from Amazon to help me learn more about the different types. Luckily the local college has a really nice display of local Indian tribe artifacts & I was able to identify the 2 I'm selling pretty easily. Have you ever heard of Starved Rock state park? I'm near that area. This area was full of Native Americans & there's always cool items to be found if you look in the right places or metal detect. :-)

Not a lot of blue. But enough that it showed in the grey.
