comes as you see it..stainless steel backing however the buttons on the side are fake so just a heads up

if the buttons are fake how do u change the time and stuff

Looking at the watch itself you will notice on the right hand side in between the two right fake buttons dead set in the middle your eyes will gaze upon a shorter knob of a Turner which is better known as the time changed -- simply pull that out to the maximum length it will allow you (which isn't very far trust me) and basically turn the time to your designated time zone or preferred time and push it back in and that's it :)
