Good working condition, heats fast!but there is one single roller missing, one if the smallest ones, and only about 11 clips included. the plastic has a crack in front, and the unit in general has minor scuffs and blemishes, cosmetic signs of wear, but nothing that affects function of item. and on a fre rollers themselves, the white parts have started yellowing a little bit, just from products, nothing bad,
