I opened it but found out I could not install it to work with our existing doorbell as we have the wrong kind of voltage going to it (the doorbell, I think we have DC but AC is required but do the research yourself). This listing includes a CAVN angle bracket—a $10 value and which is pictured in the second image—that is very helpful in angling the Ring installed on the inside of the doorframe, to point it out to your arriving guests. I will ship it to you for free.
