Salvaged light switchplate cover given an Artisan Flair by Recycling/Crafting Guru Salvage Sue. When remodeling these usually get tossed into a dumpster. Dilapidated homes are full of these forgotten bits. While most see trash Sue sees decorative potential. Once cleaned & sanitized they become a blank canvas ready for a new life. After cleaning many remain stained with age discolorations. Sue transforms these forgotten switchplates using paper images, paint, perma-inks & other embellishments. Details of the designs & image placement will vary since each switchplate will require different images & embellishments to camouflage their imperfections. Sealed with crafting sealers(brush on or spray)that allows for durability Screws replaced & painted to blend. (signed by Sue, 2019) Switchplate removed for photos, replaced in original packaged and sealed. Great Gift idea for a recycle enthusiast.
