This is brand new and never installed with product key. I got it and was under the impression it would work on my computer and it does not. It is 64 bit and does not work with 32 bit computers.

@davidf789....once there has been a bid placed there is nothing that the seller can do even if you offered the seller 10,000 or 50,000 xnk while the auction is open with bids placed. Common sense!

@leftyutah...they're a newbie but have been on a little over a year, 9 completed auctions, non-verified by badge but actually is verified and doesn't know the rules very well at all. Has bought from me once before but that won't happen again. Watching this, my pc will take 32 or 64 bit.

davidf789 had only one thing in mind, buying it for pennies on the dollar to either install or resell hoping to get a profit from that. unless he was accusing lefty of BEING lost, he couldn't even correctly say it was his LOSS. I sell things like this from time to time, but the majority of what i sell are things i make with my own hands. people are constantly making me offers that don't even pay for the cost of the materials, let alone the labor or postage. there is some child that constantly checks out cell phone listings, wanting it cheap and wanting it now. just so he can turn around and resell it for a profit. this is just like the people who decided to short sell tesla stock, only to have elon musk succed and the whole thing turn into a disaster. it seems like the only way they can succeed, is by making other people fail.

verwardsi your pc will take either one because your pc has a 64 bit architecture and can run 32 bit software. a 32 bit computer however, cannot run 64 bit software, because that would be like trying to teach a 5 yr old quantum physics or brain surgery.
