iPhone 4. Other than it not turning on it is in excellent condition, no cracks or scratches. Has a screen protector on it. Comes with charging cord and case. Used to turn on, sat in my dresser for the last year and for some reason not sure why but it wont turn on, maybe I just cant get it to turn on myself, maybe someone else can figure it out. I have no use for it anymore so what's my loss is your gain.** I will provide free shipping in the USA + tracking!**

I'm actually not sure, I bought it off here a couple years ago. I used it when I had wifi never had service. But I think it was unlocked. I'm sorry I wish I knew for sure
