I mail thru USPS regular mail, not overnight or priority. You want tracking YOU pay for it. Often it takes 3 weeks + to get items thru the mail. If you are not going to allow a couple of weeks from mailing DO NOT BID. If you file a dispute in less than 21 days, I will consider it buyers remorse and per listia rules, only the lister can agree to refund the credits for buyers remorse. I know this because I have it in writing. I will dispute it as you have been given my terms in writing. If you bid on an auction that has a shipping charge, you need to pay it. NO EXCUSES. If you do not pay the shipping charge, you will be BLOCKED. If you win one of my auctions and do not pay or provide a verified address within 7 days again you will be BLOCKED.
