this came in a booklet but I removed any used pages or ads. this includes 18 pages front and back. the front section is a daily tracker so you can input what you eat, what time you eat, so you can keep track of that. The second section is a grocery guide and it tells you how much of many various foods is considered a serving. the third section is the dining out guide it shows you the portion sizes for when you go out to eat and then it also has specific choices for specific genres of food saying what is a better choice to eat as opposed to bad choices. The last page is just blank for notes.
