Condition: This Ipod Nano 6th generation is brand new, I just received it a few days ago from Apple in the mail. It was sent me by Apple as a replacement for a broken Nano that I had to send in, which is why they didnt send me a case to go with it. You are receiving what you see pictured, a brand new never used Ipod Nano 6th gen, and a generic used data cable, with a Apple Care Warranty. This does not come in retail box packaging like you would see in the store, but it does have the plastic protection still on the front and back as you can see in the photo's, with the serial number written on it, and a copy of the AppleCare Service paper they sent me. Its just a standard replacement notice, nothing special, but they logged the serial so they know its under warranty for 90 days from a week ago, so that leaves about 83 days left on it. No headphones included.
