Description

The listing, CHOLLA (Wood) CACTUS -- Large 6" Rooting Pup {Hearty Cold & Drought Tolerant} has ended.

It's the middle of February, still about a month til Spring. The coldest time of year, yet here I am offering a LIVE CACTUS. Yes! I do this not because I'm crazy (well kinda). I do this not because I want to play Who Has the Biggest Pair? We all know who the winner would be. No! I do this for all hortophiles who need a Cactus Fix in the cold of winter.

Winner will get the exact cactus shown in the pictures. Cholla cactus can survive in freezing temperatures, unlike many of the species. The branches are sought by reptile enthusiasts because when it dries the wood provides habitat.

Because I am so certain this cactus will arrive to you in good form I will offer a guarantee of replacement or refund. Just photograph the damaged Cholla. My point is not to stress over it. It just a plant. The auction is mostly to have fun. XNK is cool too.

BID now my people. Hug your neighbor (unless he/she is prickish). Finally, just FYI, many women like to name this particular cactus "Husband". I can't really figure out why. Any suggestions?

I'm a Pepper. You're a Pepper and if you drink Dr Pepper you will find that you're a Pepper too!
Free Love! (because paying for it is illegal)!

Hahahaha! Another fabulous listing!! We've had a pretty mild winter here in San Antonio, and winter is over....seeing as it's been in the high 70's -80's during the day!
My succulents are doing great! I lost a few small ones -- not sure why, but the others are doing well!! But.... I want another Cactus! I have one that is growing sooooo crazily it's so hysterical! I think it's a moon cactus and the "moon" part actually turned brown and thought it was going to die years ago, but it just keeps sprouting these really thin sprouts randomly at the top and keeps getting taller! I had to put tall skewer sticks in it to support the sprouts LOL! You would totally laugh if you saw it!! ;D
Watching and bidding for sure =_)

That sounds very cool. I did have a Moon cactus once but, like yours, the moon died off. I replanted the surviving green plant and it grew quite well with no moon. Happy Spring (almost)!
