Why order this $1 Australia 2019-P Silver Kangaroo?
One of the Perth Mint's most popular series enters its fourth year with this 2019-P Silver Kangaroo. The coin was struck from .9999 fine silver and bears the mint's "P" mint mark on the reverse. That mint mark is considered a symbol of quality by collectors throughout the world. The popularity of the series stems not only from its unique reverse design but also from the fact that it celebrates the animal that is most closely associated with its issuing country. This coin, which is in GEM Brilliant Uncirculated condition, presents a great way for your collection to jump into 2019!

Stunning Red Kangaroo Design by Dr. Stuart Devlin
For the first time since 1998, Australian bullion coins now feature a new effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. on the obverse. The new design was created by Jody Clark, an engraver at the British Royal Mint, and it is distinct from his design that has featured on British coinage over the past few years. The new effigy shows the monarch wearing her Royal Diamond Diadem and a necklace. In a departure from previous royal portraits, it goes down to her shoulders. Her likeness is encircled by three rim..."

I think it just comes in the vinyl clamshells. There is no COA. The coin will come directly from Modern Coin Mart so if you trust them, it should be a real silver 1-ounce coin. I think I can get the 2020 version if you prefer.

I have toured the Royal Canadian Mint in Winnipeg, which makes coins for about half the world.

All pure silver coins that are bought always come with a COA, if bought directly from a country's mint. Only exceptions are graded, or bought on the secondary market.

I must have the COA, if I am going to buy these coins.

I can only order from a mainline vendor like Modern Coin Mart. I think when you buy from the mint they are much more expensive. I think when they sell to bullion sellers like MCM it’s wholesale without any certificate. Anyway it’s much easier to fake a certificate than a silver coin.

I have received many coins from mainstream bullion sellers. They all look fantastic and they all check out to have the amount of silver they are supposed, checked by a Sigma Metallics Precious Metal Verifier a $750 instrument. I can have the coin delivered to me and film me using the verifier to check out your coin and then ship it to you for free if it checks out. I have purchased fake copies on Aliexpress to check the Sigma Verifier and indeed the machine detects that they are fake with little or no silver.
