Product Information
From the master of horror and suspence, Stephen King, comes a pop-up adaptation of one of his bestselling novels.; Trisha MacFarland had no idea what was in store for her when she wandered away from her mother and brother on a family hike Readers will travel with Trisha on her journey of horror, where she has only her witts for navigation, her ingenuity as a defence against the elements, and her courage and faith to withstand her mounting fear. For solace, during this terrifying journey, Trisha tuned in her walkman to listen to the broadcasts about her hero, the Red Sox relief pitcher, Tom Gordon. As with all King's novels, this adaptation engages our deepest emotions and explores our deepseated dread of the unknown.

This book is going to be worth money! Stephen king only did so many of these first edition 's. They will not be making anymore, he calls it one of his projects he does once so many years. So whoever's wins put up and keep nice and dont be surprised when the $ amount goes up when movie is finally finished. Good luck to whoever wins, I immediately purchased one for myself used at 30.00. Super great auction!

Yes I know, they are limited. The cheapest I have seen them is 35. I have even seen them over $50.00 and that is now, if movies are done or something happens with the Author if they pass (hope not any time soon, cause I LOVE him) then they go up way more. I have 2 of these, I am sharing this one to a lucky member here :) I thought of this site first.

I was wondering also what place even has any hard back books for .50 cents. I come from a military family and have been all over, and have been to tons of used book stores. I never seen any bookstore have hard back books for .50 cents, some would have deals on buy x amount and get another free etc...but I just roll with it, and try to be positive on other people listings, its better to be a stepping stone then a stumbling block as my grams would say :) But if I were to see any book store with .50 cent books you can bet I would be checking out with tons of them lol. Especially Stephen King, fan or not his stuff sales.

Fantastic listing and amazing book. I actually got my copy on here and I read it last year. I'm keeping it in case I want to read it again or of my husband wants to read it. He hasn't finished "Gerrald's Game" yet. I want to read that one. He's been on it for about a year now too.

Me and my husband are big huge Steven King fans. My husband also introduced me to Clive Barker who is also a great author. I always loved Steven King since I was a teenager. We have several of his books and some of his movies. I actually got his book "Doctor Sleep" on here as well as a DVD copy of his movie "Sleepwalkers". I use to have that movie on VHS but the tape got destroyed. Our library is still closed due to Cvoid 19 so I been getting books on here and on eBay. Our library sells used hard copies for a dollar and the paperbacks cost anywhere between 25 cents to 50 cents per book. Earlavery should try eBay when it comes to selling things if they want to make money. I'm not familiar with how to sell on there but my father sells stuff on there.

I like Clive Barker also :D My favorite movies are the 80's when they had the great sound effects right before something was about to happen...lol. It seems like it intensified the scenes to keep you on the edge of your seat. I am more of a movie buff but like books as well. I just love the new digital thing they have had for awhile now, so now everything can be kept with out a bunch of discs and books.. But books also gives something that movies do not, and often have more in them then the shortened version in films :)
