You must know the maturation point of the glaze of the piece you are firing get this decal on.
If it is low fire, 06 then fire this decal to 07 or 08. If fired to the maturity of the glaze it will start to run. It is an iron oxide decal and as the glaze softens during firing it will sink into the glaze, if over fired it is going to run.
If the decal is going onto a cone 5 or 6 (mid range)'glaze I have had good luck firing it at cone 4 on a cone 6.
Fire it to two or three cones cooler than the glaze.
This is not a typical low fire decal.
