This compact Cleome Spider Flower gives you armloads of blooms over a very long season on plants that don't exceed 4 feet tall. I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail nor am I putting tracking on it unless you pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. If you file a dispute in less than 21 days, I will consider it buyers remorse and per listia rules, only the lister can agree to refund the credits for buyers remorse.
