Description

The listing, 1912 Capper Publications Post Card has ended.

Arthur Capper was a governor of Kansas and long active in Kansas politics. He was also a publisher of the Cappers Weekly, various farm publications and a newspaper in Topeka, Kansas. This unused embossed post card from 1912 shows his headquarters building with old cars of the day parked in front of the building and pictures of Arthur Capper. A great card for the Kansas historian or political collector.
