Vintage Playmate Hong Kong Vintage Vinyl Rubber Drink Wet Doll. There are marks on the neck but I cannot read them. I think it is very old. It is wearing a blue cowboy like outfit and pink pants that came with it when I bought. It measures 10" tall. One toe has been damaged. There is some paint wear on the head as shown in pics below.
