I measured and the mug holds approx. 10-11 oz. There are no chips or cracks in it. It's not been used, it's been in storage for a few years. Excellent condition. I have 2 of these that are exactly the same.

Please keep in mind that coloring and effects may vary slightly due to lighting.

Just FYI: The date that it says that I sent your item is actually the date that I printed out your shipping label and may not be the exact day that it is shipped. I like to print my labels out early and get my packages ready for mailing. I do pickups USUALLY 2x/week. This can vary depending on how many packages that I have to ship out, but I always ship within the 7 day time frame.

I do NOT ship outside of the United States and please don't ask me when you're going to get your item.
