This piece is stunning. Set with Emerald green and clear old mine cut rhinestones. It is heavy, over 33 grams. No hallmarks that I could find, but I tested it with both Silver acid and 18k acid, see the last pic. Definitely high grade Sterling, as the silver acid test is bright red and the 18k milky as a positive test should be. It does need a simple solder on each end, but is wearable as is and has a secure clasp.
