hi, thank you so much for the info on the other camera, i was wondering if this one will use a larger size sd card , or is it the same 1-4gb? and i assume this takes batteries as well?

No buzzing during video playback, but built in speakers are always small on cameras. Best volume comes from playback on computer. Takes SD card and best to use 1 to 4 GB. Cameras really can't format the larger capacity cards. Takes regular alkaline batteries.
