This is a 13" doll from my mothers collection. It is from Seymour Mann and is marked #383. She has on a long sleeve dress with a petticoat attached, bloomers, leggings, and leather shoes with shoe laces. Very well made. She was kept in a cabinet, and her hair has never been combed. The pretty flower band is attached. Porcelin face, arms, and legs with a soft body. Her dress has velcro closure in the back. There are 3 pearls down the front of her dress. Never played with. She needs a sweet little girl to love her.
