these are form fitting and i wore long sleeve shirts under the scrub tops --and i HATE tight fitting clothes

it has a pouch pocket in the front that both hands go into - it goes all the way through as one pocket.

it is a formfitting 3xl - i normally wear 2xl and it fit well with a long sleeved shirt under it.
