The listing, Original Art ACEO ATC Frankenweenie Sparky ARTIST SKETCH CARD Drawing in Graphite by LINDA has ended.

Up for your bidding consideration is an Artist Card Edition Original ( ACEO ) drawing of the undead character Sparky, from Tim Burton's 2012 movie "Frankenweenie." At the moment I'm inspired to draw to the dark characters, which have been birthed from Burton's mind. I'm having fun at trying my hand at them, and hope you enjoy them too!

This is original art, hand drawn by myself, Linda Smith. This artist sketch card is a miniature portrait piece measuring 2.5"x 3.5" drawn in graphite pencil on Strathmore Bristol acid free paper. It has been treated to preserve this little work of art from smudging, so that it can be enjoyed for years to come. Please see photos for size comparison.

The lucky winner of this listing will receive the original drawing, this is not a print.

Thank-you Brock! And for your bid too! Trying to capture the moon craters and get the glowy effect was a little tricky. Picking up the graphite with a kneadable eraser around the crater area seemed to help make it "pop"

I think you achieved the crater effect on the moon very nicely. Beautifully soft yet controlled transitions :) I'm particularly fond on the glow around the grass.

That too was achieved with some eraser removal near the grass tips, but more with blending. Sponge tipped eye make-up brushes work great for this. :) Thanks Rhonda!

I never thought to use one. I bet they work better than a nib in adding a softness. I'm going to have to try that. I love the eraser as a tool. It's so under rated :)
