what is it made of? can u measure the width of the arms? thinking of getting for my brides maid 2 go with her dress.

I believe it is made of a poly-satin, but there are no tags with that exact information... It is silky like satin,m but thick, and has stretch. The measurements will be approximate, and it is adjustable with the ties, plus its stretchy... from one shoulder seam across to the other it is about 19". from shoulder seam to end of sleeve it is about 9.5 inches, from under arm seam to end of sleeve it is about 3.5 inches. the sleeve laid flat, the edge is just under 7inches so i believe that would go around a 14-15 inch arm (or more with the stretch. from underarm seam to underarm seam it is about 22 inches. from top where tag is to bottom of back is 15 inches. the ties are around 14 inches long, and the inside of the front is lined with camo as well. I wear a l/xl top, or a 16 usually, with a 38C bust, and it fit me well... could easily fit someone both smaller or larger because of the adjust-ability with the ties and the stretch though! Hope that answers you questions!
