Well hello! Thanks for dropping by.
I'm in a good mood today, so I'm giving away this novel, but functional old stapler. Hong Kong turned this one out around 1960, so obviously it's made of some pretty rugged plastic, 'cause it's in remarkable condition. And, it does actually work! This is an excellent conversation starter. (it would go well with the ship captains ashtray I have at another auction!) The base is 5 1/2" x 2 3/8" wide, and is 4 3/4" tall. I have a "thang" for little oddities like this, and I bet if you put this on your desk at work, your co-workers would get a kick out of it. (Heck, they may steal it!) lol. A fun little item!

I provide free shipping, but on items bringing less that 3,000 credits, if you want tracking it will cost you 90c.

Yep. Sure looks like metal tho, huh? The stapler mechanisms are all metal tho. The whole thing needs cleaned up, which I will do before I ship it.

just a quick question. On the 2 edges toward bottom, is that just a little dust that can be just wiped off...or is there corrosion? You did mention that it is made of a rugged plastic, so I am guessing just a bit dusty....right? Let me know and Thanks for your time. Yep. It's dust. I will ask the winner if they'd like it cleaned up, or left "natural" looking, before I ship. The finish on this is in amazingly good condition for its age. There is a patent # under the back of the barrel, and the Hong Kong mark on the bottom.
