If a tracking number comes free with the shipping (as the post office is doing this on some shipping methods) I will be happy to share this information with you but I DO NOT PAY FOR TRACKING. If your looking for a tracking number (and one will not be provided) then you can pay via paypal. So I'm with in my rights to tell people if they want something other then what I'm offering they can pay for the upgrade. If you do choose to do this it will be exact shipping. As for outside USA countries. Please send me a question w/in the link. I will sometimes do Canada and international but it depends and 99% of the time its not for free.
