This is especially for everyone who has elk hamburger left over after hunting season and you're not quite sure what to make with it. I never grew up eating elk or deer because I couldn't get the picture of Bambi and his relatives out of my head. This recipe changed my mind. My daughter fixed this one night for dinner and MADE me try it. These are simply the best peppers I've ever tasted and you can't really even tell that it's elk meat that was used.
