I haev been told she is FASHION QUEEN BARBIE and came with 3 wigs, I have just this one wig as of now and I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS AN ORIGINAL WIG. Her right butt cheek is marked "Midge 1962 Barbie 1958 by Mattel Inc. PATENTED'
She has NO SHOES, she is not missing any fingers just seems to have worn off nail polish on 4 of her left hand fingers, all other digits including toes retain their colored nails. She seems to have lost most of her (coral?) lipstick color, but her face is in excellent original shape. She still has her original eyebrows which is rare based upon the 7 or 8 similar aged dolls I have bought lately. She has not lost any of the brown color from her molded hair.. SHE IS IN AMAZING SHAPE for being 51 years old, and can still rock a geometric high cut one piece swimsuit ! you go girl !. what else ? oh, hot pink dress (? can it be ) or maybe a blouse with Barbie label , has a small button on the back but no buttonhole on opposing side maybe it had a thread ' loop', well if it did it ain't there now. Pink see thru nightie also included, also has the black & white Barbie label inside. I think thats all I can say about this gal, she is one awesome example of this early incarnation of Barbie. I think as a bonus I will include a WEDDING GOWN if GIN is used. It maybe a homemade number I cant tell but its ornate and awesome with attached train, see LAST PIC.. this item is not included if GIN is not used, REGARDLESS OF FINAL BID AMOUNT.
