This is a 1981 South Fulton, Tennessee Jr. High School class ring. I do not know the metal or the stone. This was something that I had found cleaning out an old house a few years ago when I lived there. The initials GEG is engraved on the inside. I am unsure of the size ring. Any other questions please ask, I am going to try to upload more pics later.
