Like new. Case kept and has a screen protector on it. This has everything out need to get going and be in style to. Comes with charger, 3 covers, an extra battery, all manuals and the activation card. All you will need is a $45 service card and your set. About the phone: In New condition, comes with extra battery plus the battery fits in the plug part of the charger so you can charge the battery in the phone and the extra at the same time ,does NOT take a SIM CARD, does take an ad card(not included). It runs off SPRINT towers in my area. This was my first droid ever and I love it, but SPRINT service is not so great in my area. Go to STRAIGHTTALK.COM to check if this phone will work in your area.

I'm pretty sure its Sprint. That's what it runs off of here. But I have seen others post cdma ST phones before and they say it depends on the area your in. Hope this helps. I dont have the original box anymore.

Gin is a get it now option. If the buyer has a set amount of credits on an auction and the buyer agrees to said amount then they can just hit the gin button and automatically win the item. Welcome to listia.

FYI. Just to let you know, check the box where it is printed cdma. Is there a v or an s after the cdma? V means Verizon, S means Sprint. If it just says cdma, it could be either but most likely Verizon. I hope it has the V. Please let me know, Thanks.

Ok, i searched high and low for this. At walmart.com it says the phone is cdma-s. So apparently it is sprint towers like i thought. Sorry its not verizon. Thanks

I loved it, but when I visit the in-laws out in the sticks there was no service til I got back to town and if I was alone that scared me. You know? Ok, I'm sorry, but this has only been up about 20 minutes and I'm getting the most insulting offers for guns that I have ever received since being on this site. For starters I saw one of these just the phone and charger alone go for over 30,000 credits a while ago. This phone was purchased for $180, the battery was $10, the bling cases were $15 each and the plain black one was $10!!! Second of all they're already bids placed and I can't do a gin. I'm going to let this ride, that's why I didn't put a gin on it in the first place!!! So all that being said just bid and stop asking for the impossible and be realistic as I spent a lot of money on this bundle and I'm shipping for free. All other questions about the phone are welcome. Thank you!!
