I picked this up at a garage sale, looks like a Catholic saint, perhaps part of a rosary. I'm not Catholic, have no idea what type of metal composition. Hoping it goes to someone who can appreciate it. Free US shipping :)

It is a miraculous medal. On the front it has our lady of the immaculate conception. Around her it say " Oh Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee" on the back it has a cross suspended on an M and below the sacred and immaculate hearts of Jesus and Mary surrounded by twelve stars. Hope I can get it
