The listing, Unusual Vintage Beads has ended.

These lovely blue beads at one time made a beautiful necklace. I don't normally buy broken pieces, but these beads are fascinating! The "pearl type" beads are a gray blue, the others are variations of blue and teal, and aqua. I'm just not a jewelry repurposer, but I know many of you are and can make something drop dead gorgeous with these beads!

These are unique beads! Are these glass or plastic?

I think they are a hard plastic. I got them at the estate sale of the deceased Mayor's late wife. She had several nice and unusual things, and lots of nice costume jewelry. I bought quite a bit of it, but this piece was broken. Still, I was so intriqued with the beads and the colors I picked it up anyway. I figured someone else could make something very pretty with them! If it hadn't been broken, I can tell you I wouldn't be selling it! I am just not talented at doing jewelry. I can write, paint, sketch, take good photos, (NO SINGING)! but jewelry and cooking escape me!
