Beware of all the new members some have no clue what they are doing and just take up your time! Watch out for the scammers who love to send tracking on a empty envelope and never deliver the original package and keep your shipping. You can put tracking on a horses ass and swear to Litia that the buyer received they're package because, the tracking is the proof and the almighty gospel that is was delivered... except the tracking did not have the entire address on the envelope so it could have went anywhere.Sorry tracking # is not always proof you received your item. I totally agree with you about some of the new Listians. I have been burned by scams also. Giving them shipping money, and never receiving item. I am on disability, but always provide free shipping for my auctions. The winners may have to wait and be patient as I get paid only once a month, but at least I provide that service. There are some great Listians, and there are some lousy ones. By the way, love this purse. Hope I end up with enough credits to win this one!

One of my closest friends just had that exact thing happen to him. Listia has really changed. Not going by there own rules, supporting hate groups for the badge and snipping. The flag badge they admitted they don't have enough mods. I'm sick of it but don't want to leave my friends and have a lot of money invested. I agree Listia is changing for the worse. They edited my auction where I stated don't watch my auctions if you're here to flag or from one of the private hate groups on Facebook. I do no support you or the badge. They said it had nothing to do with my auction. I blasted them saying it does and they are infringing on my right for free speech. I'm very serious about that.

Nice to see you here. No my dear I will NOT hide this. You have freedom of speech. And I will respect that even of Listia doesn't. As a matter of fact I have a screenshot of every conversation I have on my private message here. In case they feel like cancelling my account one day. Because I am on to them for allowing bullying and blackmailing. They just passed a law about cyber bullying. And listia is allowing that. Which I am taking very seriously too.
I filled a support ticket 3 times about that guy and they did nothing.
It's so easy to prove. He asked me for a refund 3 days after he had won and I refunded him immediately on Thursday. Four days after he writes me to ask me to send the item although he has his credits back. When I told him that he has his credits back don't come here to write me. That's when he leave negative feedback. It is so easy and simple to prove that that guy was bullying and blackmailing me but Listia didn't do a damn thing. Well as I said I have saved a screenshot of the conversations just in case,
I wish you the best and it's too bad that here in the USA some people still don;t understand about our rights.
