Description

The listing, REAL 14K GOLD NECKLACE has ended.

This is approximately 24.5" real 100% 14k gold double locking necklace. I was actually able to capture the 14k stamp on the clasp in pictures 2 and 3! Woohoo! Go iPhone! Lol. Anyhow this is a beautiful Singapore style chain the double lock is something I've never seen before but pretty cool as I'm sure it adds extra security. I ship only to the lower 48 consecutive states... But I do offer free shipping! Please feel free to ask questions if you'd like! Good luck and happy bidding!

ok look at my profile pic here see those black dtreaks heres what you do take some womens liquid face foundation makeup rub it on your arm then rub the necklace thru it a few times if it leaves black streaks like this it real the darker the better this also works for silver , gold and real gold or silver plated so good luck hope this helps also stick a magnet to it if it sticks its not solid but it looks good from here well good luck i hope you try the liquid base trick

They came out pretty dark... I didn't want to pull too hard on the chain because I don't want to break it... I just rubbed the foundation between my thumb and fore finger and pinched the chain and ran it through a few times. I tried it on my arm too but felt like I needed two hands... And it just me and my two year old daughter so I opted for the thumb and fore finger lol...

Ok starlia33! You are soooo awesome! Just wanted to tell you that :) I tried your little foundation trick and I did get streaks. So I hoping we can assume it is 14k as stamped. I will post a picture of my streaked finger lol. You are a genius ;)

I tried to add a photo of it in my new scale but listia won't let me because there's less than 24 hours remaining I think.

i bet you paid more than that tho but i have to warn you because i like you if its not solid gold they will make you give the credits back i dont want you too get a first bad mark but it looks real ive had alot of tips on how to tell i just dont want you to get upset and leave listia if this happens i bought a ring once on here and re sold it as real and it was not of course i made it right and got a good mark but i was new also so now i take everything to pawn shops to test because they do it free im prob going to win this i just want you to know all the ends and outs before it happens also you could get scammed yourself so but there are still alot of good true listians here just saying be careful ive prob taken a liking to u more because you have the same last name as my cousins and you always answer the questions right away i know thats frustrating some times but your doing good also one more tip if you buy something from a new listian or they from you you wont get the credits till the buyer gets the item and confirms its real thanks for being so cool i hope to buy alot from you!!!!

starlia thank you for your kind words and wisdom. in my 28 years of life ive worked 12 in customer service, its a dying pleasure these days unfortunately which is why I pride myself in it. I do try to be as descriptive as possible in listing my ads and as prompt as my life allows me in updating and answering questions and returning comments and fans. ive bought myself a good amount of gold through ebay just to beat the ridiculousness of retail mark ups. sometimes it is a gamble.. I too ask a lot of questions.. I try only to purchase from within the US. though in asking questions on an item of interest is more of me trying to get a feel for the seller than it is info on the product.. if their attitude is sketchy I usually pass. a seller should be honest and helpful. im pretty sure this is real 14k gold its light weight like it should be, looks the right color for 14k, has the stamps on it, passed your makeup test and I even put a magnet to the chain, and bought a scale to have it weighed... ive done everything to my knowledge but pay for an expensive test kit and pay to have it verified by a jeweler. this necklace was actually given to me I did not purchase it from a jewelry store.....aside from it being yellow gold its too dainty for me... im a pretty physical person so this wouldn't hold up on me...so its been sitting in my jewelry box for some time now. if you do win it and take it to a jeweler that discovers it is not real I will do what I can to make it right. thanks again for all the info and kindness :) happy bidding and good luck.

No problem i don't want you to get lash back some on here can be pretty messed up but i see you get that from working in retail lol so you know but also it looks real from what i can see and if ever you want a Test for free a pawn shop will do it just ask them how much its worth they will tell you then say no thanks when they offer to buy its a easy way and we get way more credits if were sure but its doing really well already i may have a bidding war lol well thanks for being open to comments and questions ttl
