The listing, East German Police Qualification Badges has ended.

Level II and III Qualification badges. These were worn by East German (the old Communist one) Volkspolizei...the dreaded VoPo. These were worn as indicators of skill and experience within a rank.

There's a single screw post (it's actually a screw attached to the back-typical DDR "quality") in the center of each badge. These are new, unused badges. Each has the original threaded washer thingy-I don't know the actual name of this piece-attached, and they are in perfect order.
