Description

The listing, Two Coca Cola Advertising Framed 1940's Post Cards Reprints has ended.

Here's a couple of 4 x 6 framed postcards featuring reprints of popular Coca Cola advertising posters from the 1940's.

One card is a reprint of a 1945 poster called "Coca Cola For the Party." Coke used images of troops from the World War II-era for advertisements featuring U.S. soldiers, sailors and aviators enjoying Coke on duty and at home. Artist unknown.

The "Delicious" reprint was originally done in 1946 by famed artist Haddon Sundblom. He was best known for creating the world famous Coca Cola Santa but was also known for painting pin up girls in this era.

Both postcards are mounted in wooden frames.

Condition: Frames are in great shape with no damage. The postcards both have thumb tack holes in top center.
