can you tell me what gauge to get for my nose piercing, I wanted it the smallest I can get. I do not know what gauge it is now but I want it the smallest possible to put in my hole.

Depending on the size of the jewelry to be worn (usually 18Ga) is about the same size as pierced earring jewelry...A 16Ga could be used as well and will give more room for the jewelry to go through more easily...Either way, the cartilage will grow back to the size jewelry you choose to wear while healing...Hope this helps..Thanks
