it does not have the cardboard paper in the package as it was missing when i purchased it but all parts are there.it does come in a clear plastic snap closure bag with built in hanger.the tutu skirt on the dress is sparkly and oh so adorable.

the mask is very well made and is a custom fit for a face and not those masks that sit lopsided and slide off the faces. it is very comfortable mask that goes with the lines of a face.
