The listing, Size 7 ring has ended.

sz 7.5 ring. was my grandmothers so I know next to nothing about it. not sure if its real or not. its stamped on the inside but apparently I need glasses because I can't read it. lol (see 2nd picture) gold ring with ruby center stone and two small diamonds above and below.

It's hard to read because the writing is upside down, but I think I see HGE on there, which would mean gold plated.
