What you see is what you get. This is a new mailbox with key. It's never been used. The box it comes in is a little stiff and wrinkled due to sitting in a tool shed for many years. I recently opened the box to see if the mailbox itself had any damage and as you can see, it's clean. Not a spec of rust. As you can see in picture number 3, the bottom has a little smudge of something.This mailbox is clean and odor-free. It's a cream color with a gold "Mail" emblem you can choose to add or not.
