I made this recipe, actually it was quite different and I kept working at it until it was GOOD! I am a chef with 7+ years exp. Some in school, some in restaurants, and all of that time experimenting at home.My own recipe for Hasperat from Star Trek is very good and uses spices and hot peppers to sear the tongue!
