Does this come with leg band?

Yes it does include the leg band if that's what you are referring to as the black thingie that's around the leg of the lady in the cover photo. I also have the stretch resistance band I can ship out however the hand holds on the stretch resistance band are missing but it still is long enough and it works fine.

The CD and black leg thingie are like new and the rubber resistance piece is in working condition. I'll post a picture of the last two so you can see for yourself.
