yes its cash. you send it in thick envelope or whatever so that its not noticeable. I always have sent mine as thin package. comes with tracking for .90

I prefer PayPal the only problem with cash money orders is it takes 3-4 days to get here takes a couple of days to get them cleared and then it takes 3 or 4 more days to send it to you I like it quick PayPal ship tomorrow you get it by Monday but I'm open to anything the winner gets to speak their choice that payment as long as its not ridiculous
